Today the Primary 7 children joined Glenann Primary School, St Ciaran's Primary School, and St Mary's Primary School at Ruairí Óg CLG for a Resilience Workshop, delivered by Orla from Ignite Wellbeing.
It was a positive experience for our children to develop new friendships and meet familiar faces from our neighbouring schools.
They learned more about themselves, how to develop their resilience and bounce back from challenges and disappointments they may have.
We look forward to Day 2 in a couple of weeks time.
