Today our Primary 6 children delivered a wellbeing assembly for the rest of the school.
They discussed the 'Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing' strategies including Connect, Keep Learning, Being Active, Take Notice and Giving, as well as sharing practical examples of each one.
The assembly ended with the children singing 'Ok Not to Be Ok' by Marshmello and Demi Lovato aimed at reminding our school to talk to someone if they are feeling worried or sad.
As a school we are working towards receiving accreditation and becoming a Take 5 school, and we will continue to prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of our children and staff as we move forward.
