St Killian’s Visit with the Paddy Buggy Cup
Today, we were visited by former pupils of our school with the Paddy Buggy Cup in hand to share their success with our current pupils.
It was an important opportunity for staff and pupils of St Patrick’s to celebrate the achievements of the St Killian’s Ulster and All-Ireland winning team. They were valued pupils during their time at St Patrick’s and we are very proud of all of their achievements.
Our sincere thanks to members of the St Killian’s staff, Mr Padraig McIlwaine and Mr Paul McDonnell, who accompanied the boys to our school.
The St Killian’s players talked about their All-Ireland achievements their memories of their time in Primary school, before making time for a couple of photos with the St Patrick’s hurling team, who recently won North Antrim and All-County indoor titles.
We would like to wish the St Killian’s pupils all the best for their future sporting careers, and as they approach their summer exams.
