Last week Mrs Brenda Carey, Mrs Kathryn Wheeler and Mrs Bronagh Wheeler visited our school to show our children how to make St Brigid's crosses.
It was great to have these special visitors in our school, and our children certainly benefitted from their support.
The St Brigid's crosses were then brought to the chapel to be blessed, before the children brought them home.
A special mention also to Miss McQuillan for all the work involved in bringing the rushes to school.
