Primary 5 made St Brigid’s crosses this week and Fr White blessed them for us. We thought about places to keep the crosses.It was, and still is in some households, traditional for farming families to place the blessed crosses in cowsheds and byres to protect animals. Some of us have them in our cars to keep us safe on our travels.Primary 5 will decide where to place them at home and give their reasons for this choice.
