Primary Three and Four travelled to St Ciaran’s in Cushendun for a poetry writing day today.
The children used the helping hands strategy to structure their poems. They then redrafted using card strips. The next step was to type up and add pictures to the poems on the iPads using the ‘Pages’ app.
Finally the children performed their poems with instruments. Special thanks to Joanna for coming with us.
