Welcome to our 8 new Primary One children and welcome back to our 18 Primary Two children.
Over the past couple of weeks the children have had lots of fun making new friends, seeing familiar faces and settling back into our daily school routine. The Primary Two children have been a great help to our new Primary One children. They have helped them find their way around our classroom and our school, looked after them in the playground and demonstrated great friendship skills.
We created some great models of people who help us at home and these are on display in the classroom. We use lots of wonderful recycled products to make them and were very proud of our achievements. If any of the Primary One and Two parents would like to see them in the morning time before the second school bell, they are welcome to call in. They also painted some fantastic self portraits to help the rest of the school get to know them. These are on display in the school corridor.
