Every child in the school has received their own individualised bumbag and hand towel from the PTFA as a welcome back gift for their return to school after Easter. We are delighted to see the children using their towels, which fits in so well with our Ecoschool message of cutting down on paper waste.
This term, the children will also start their Fresh Minds Education program, which has also been funded by the PTFA. The mascot for this program is a puppy named AMBER, so PTFA have very kindly provided each child with their own mini BAMBER which they are encouraged to use during the program. At the end of the school year, they will take their BAMBER home, as a reminder of the Resilience techniques they have been learning about in school.
We really appreciate the kindness of PTFA in ensuring that every child has had a positive return to school after this very prolonged and unprecedented lockdown period.
