Primary 5 had great fun making pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. Thankfully Mrs McDaid came down to oversee everything - Mrs McCarry's baking skills are somewhat limited!! Many thanks to Ryan's mum for providing the lovely fresh eggs.
Everyone took part in each of the stages in the process and did some excellent instructional writing when the pancakes were all eaten.
