Primary One and Two had great fun today exploring some of our outdoor play equipment. Last year we received funding to purchase a mud kitchen and the children really enjoyed using it for the first time today. It will never look the same after some very creative, and messy, mud soups, pies and brownies were made. We realised we need to source a big bucket of clay to help us make some good quality mud for the future. There were lots of high speed chases, fire rescues and speed controls taking place in our playground using the scooters and trikes. Houses were built with our construction equipment and balancing skills perfected on the wobble boards. It was a lovely, active morning resulting in lots of very happy but tired children after break. They are all ready for their long weekend now.
