As part of our 'People who Help Us' topic, Tara came to visit our class to tell us all about her job as our local nurse. The children learnt all about taking their temperatures, looking for signs of a sore throat, listening for a healthy heartbeat and finally how to put on a bandage if we hurt our arms or legs. They had great fun trying out all the special nurses instruments and every child volunteered to get a special bandage. Thank you Tara for a really interesting and informative visit.
