It was a special occasion for our whole school community on Saturday, as our Primary 4 children celebrated their First Holy Communion.
We are very proud of all our children, who approached the sacrament with the appropriate reverence. They read and sang beautifully, which is a testament to their preparation and the support of their class teacher, Mrs McDaid and to you the parents.
We are grateful to Fr White for his continuous support of our children and for ensuring that they are are helped to relax on the day. Thank you to Sylvia for sharing her musical talents with us and for selflessly dedicating her time to ensure the day was special for our children.
Well done to our choir, who gave up their Saturday morning to support their peers; the singing was beautiful.
Finally, thank you to our volunteers back in school for providing the refreshments. It is greatly appreciated having the support of the wider school community for these types of events.
