We had a lovely assembly this morning with our new Primary One children. The whole school were delighted to see them and make connections with them. We look forward to sharing their news and achievements over the next 7 years.
Dara and Orlaith came up to explain what was required for our Backpack challenge, they told the children how much this would mean to the children of Malawi to have some schoolbags and clothes which our pupils have passed on to them. The deadline for the BackPack Challenge is Friday 27th September, just before our Staff Development Day on Monday 30th September.
Finally we had a great celebration of the Feis Art winners. Many thanks to Miss McQuillan for organising our entry and for displaying all of the winning entries. Well done to all our winners and to all the children for their participation in this event.
