Family Science Evening was a great success. Many thanks to all the families who came along to build, design, look through the microscopes, make potions and take part in the presentations by Science Starz. We were very lucky to have a STEM Ambassador Zoe Flynn who showed the children and maybe a few adults how to operate the microscopes like a professional. Many thanks to our student teachers Miss Conlon and Miss McManus and also past pupils Neil and Dearbhla who were a fantastic help on the night. The boys from STEM club also did a great job helping everyone make their own cars and recording how far they travelled. Congratulations to all the children who won a prize.
