Last night, Sunday 2nd December, we hosted our Annual Whist Drive in the school. We were delighted to see so many people travelling from the neighbouring parishes to attend. Once again, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our parents, staff, governors and helpers who contributed to our Christmas whist drive - making buns/sandwiches, making tea on the night or providing prizes.
Thank you also to all who attended the whist drive. This year, it was very closely contended with joint winners for first prize- Brendan McAuley and Ellen Donnelly. Second place went to Cassie Mc Neill. There were three players who tied for third place- Margaret Anne Mc Killop, Eilish Mc Neill and P.J McNaughton.
There was great excitement also for the raffle which took place during the wonderful supper with the beautiful hamper as first prize and lots of bottles and boxes of biscuits and sweets as well as other gifts to keep the interest going right to the last prize. Many thanks again to all who contributed to making this such a successful night.
