On Wednesday, we were delighted to see representatives from the Men's Shed who came along with Liz Weir to introduce the Buddy Bench to the children and to explain the concept of the Buddy Bench.
Liz Weir then spent time with Primary 1-4 and Primary 5-7, telling them stories and talking to them to reinforce the messages, especially for their play times at break and lunch. We are very grateful to our PTFA who applied for funding through NACN, supported by the Public Health Agency, to bring the Buddy Bench to our school.
