Well done to everyone who participated in our 'Bike to School Week'.
There were a large number of children throughout the school who cycled to school every day and those who couldn't cycle made the effort to walk or scoot.
We would love this to continue as we are aware of the numerous benefits associated with active travel and the children seemed to thoroughly enjoy it.
With so many children having their bikes in school we used the opportunity to check that their bikes were roadworthy and we showed them how to carry out a safety check on their own bikes.
