The Primary 6 & 7 children recently visited a local site where they had the opportuntiy to work alongside experienced archaeologists.
The children enjoyed the experience and all of them found a variety of material including quartz and flint. Naoise even managed to find an arrow head which was made from quartz.
They also got to examine and make their own pottery using a range of tools.
