SusTrans Active Travel Officer Johnny McCrystal came into St. Patrick's Primary School to award the children with a Silver Award.
The award celebrates the successes of the children over the past two years in which they walked, cycled or scooted to school. Events included The Big Pedal, Walk to School Week, bike maintenance, cycle skills etc.
In the next academic year the children will be working towards the Gold Award so we would again like to encourage them to walk, cycle or scoot to school as much as possible, weather permitting.
