The Primary 7 children conducted an experiment based around our Unsinkable topic to find out how cold water would affect their bodies.
They decided on tests such as writing their names, stacking counters and turning cards over and tested how many times they could do these in 30 seconds.
This was done both before and after submerging their hands in cold water (6 degrees Celsius).
Most children discovered that their scores weren't as good after having their hands in the cold water.
