Katherine McAdam visited our school to tell us all about her litter picking group, the County Antrim Countryside Custodians. Katherine taught us about plastic waste and brought us some fabulous gardening resources. Katherine was really impressed by the children’s knowledge and our litter picking and sandcastle shed.
If anyone would like to join Katherine’s group they are on Facebook, members can lift litter individually and report the number of bags they lift or join organised litter picks in different areas.
